MINUTES OF AN ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL on 29th May 2014 following the AGM

1. Apologies: none
2. The Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting on the 15th April 2014 were approved, and the Chairman signed them. No matters arising.
3. Financial matters. The Hon Treasurer presented a First Interim Statement for the year and commented that there was nothing unusual to report. The statement was approved. See Appendix 1.
4. Verge grass cutting. Although this had been badly done, it was agreed that it would continue for another year.
5. Any other business:
   1. Mr Maynell asked if there was a Parish Council Constitution. It was agreed that this would be discussed at the next meeting in October.
   2. The Vice-Chairman said the PCC had asked if the Parish Council could donate some money for grass cutting in the churchyard. It was agreed that Mrs Cathie would discuss this with Jayne Hanks.
6. Date of next meeting:
   Friday 24th October 2014 at 7pm.
