2. Minutes of the Ordinary General Meeting of the 6th March 2015 and matters arising: The Vice Chairman has completed the village clear up tasks for April 25th and he will be issuing them shortly. The Addendum to the Village Design Statement was approved by a large majority. This will now be sent to Stratford District Council.
3. Planning Matters – Application ref 15/00175/FUL – Rose Cottage and the Estate Yard. After a short Presentation on this project by Mr H Cathie the Councillors gave their individual views. The Chairman then threw the meeting open to the public. After a certain amount of discussion it was apparent that there was no objection to the Application going ahead and the Councillors voted unanimously to support the Application with the following provisos:
a. The Ancilliary Arrangement between Rose Cottage and the new proposed house must be strictly be adhered to. There must be no question of Rose Cottage being sold off separately at any later date.
b. The MADE Report called for a more modern approach to the proposed building as an alternative to the design, which was being submitted. This would NOT be supported by the Parish Council
c. It was felt that natural stone tiles should be used on the roof of the new building, which would then be in keeping with all the other buildings in the area.
4. AOB. The Chairman reminded the meeting that the General Election was on May 7th and that it was likely that this time there would be an election for the new Parish Council.
5. Date of the next meeting – Thursday 21st May at 7pm (OGM &AGM)
