The following planning applications had been supported over the past months and all had been granted by Stratford DC:
15/02233/FUL The Old Post Office – use of cast stone roof slates for development of garage
15/01895/FUL Lilly Cottage – 2 rear dormer windows and new window in side elevation
15/00175/FUL and 15/00176/LBC Estate Yard and Rose Cottage – Demolition of existing barn and erection of new dwelling incorporating conversion of existing cart shed to form garage. Use of existing Rose Cottage as ancillary accommodation with new dwelling and conversion of Saw Shed and Smithy to ancillary accommodation.
15/02992/FUL Berkley House – conversion of roof space and dormer windows in ancillary outbuilding.
